Risk Disclosures

What can go wrong. Read this before committing capital.

Market risk

$MOONX, PLS, ETH and every other asset in the ecosystem can fall in value — sharply and for extended periods. A reserve, a burn programme and a discount all reduce risk relative to their absence; none of them establish a floor. Allocation discounts of 20–50% protect against drawdowns of that size, not larger ones.

Vesting and liquidity risk

TLS allocations vest over 12–24 months. During that period you cannot exit, and the price at claim may be well below your entry even after the discount. A vault can be exited early by termination, which incurs a penalty, or by selling the position on the market, which charges a fee and needs a buyer.

Smart contract risk

All on-chain systems carry contract risk. Bugs, exploits and unforeseen interactions can cause loss of funds. Audits reduce this risk; they do not eliminate it. Never commit more than you can afford to lose to any contract, including these.

Reserve risk

The Strategic Crypto Reserve holds volatile assets (PLS, ETH) alongside stables (USDT). Its purchasing power varies with the market. Reserve backing is not a redemption right — $MOONX holders cannot redeem tokens against reserve assets.

Real-world reward risk

T-BOX physical rewards involve off-chain fulfilment: identity verification, logistics, jurisdiction-specific rules and import duties. A smart contract cannot deliver a car. Read the claim terms on t-box.live before minting if physical delivery is your objective.

Regulatory risk

Digital-asset regulation varies by jurisdiction and continues to change. Products available to you today may not remain so. You are responsible for your own compliance and tax obligations.

Operational risk

Keepers, price oracles, RPC endpoints and bot runtimes can degrade. MoonVault publishes a live status page with 90-day history and a full incident record so that degradations are visible rather than hidden.
