An Identity is soulbound: it can't be sold, transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative, and a prize can't be swapped for a different tier.

An Identity is required in the MoonVault app to open vaults. It also carries the holder's referral identity and listing vote. It is not an investment and it carries no promised return.

Winners pay only the network gas (a small amount of PLS) to claim. We pay the Identity.

3How to enter (no purchase necessary)

Each round has its own entry post on X from @MoonVaultWin: Round 1's is the giveaway announcement, and each winners post opens the next round. To enter a round, from your own X account, while that round is open:

Repost that round's entry post.

Reply to that round's entry post with the first take-profit target you would set (for example “+50%”) and tag one friend.

No purchase, deposit, wallet connection or payment of any kind is needed to enter or to win. You do not need to hold MOONX or use MoonVault to enter.

One entry per person per round. Extra replies from the same account don't add chances. Entering more than one round is fine.

Launch night: every valid entry from Rounds 1–3 that did not win goes into the Silver draw automatically. A person who entered several rounds is counted once.

A reply must be your own words. Copy-pasted replies, reply spam and replies that tag a bot or the same accounts over and over are not valid.

4Who can enter

You can enter if all of these are true:

You are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).

Entering and receiving a crypto-asset prize is legal where you live. The giveaway is void where prohibited, and not open to residents of countries or regions under comprehensive sanctions.

You are not a MoonVault team member, moderator, contractor or admin of t.me/moonxwin, or a member of their household.

You use one X account. Entering through several accounts (yours or anyone else's) disqualifies every one of them, in every round.

5Anti-bot rules

These are checked on every entrant before the entrant list is published. An account that fails any of them is removed from that round's list, and the number removed for each reason is published with the list.

Account age: the X account was created on or before 1 August 2026. Fresh accounts are not eligible.

A real profile: a profile photo, at least 25 followers, and a public (not protected) account at the time of the draw.

Still qualifying at draw time: still following @MoonVaultWin, and the repost and reply still up.

Not a giveaway farm: accounts whose recent timeline is mostly giveaway reposts, or that show signs of automation, are removed.

We may remove an entry for fraud, spam or abuse at any time, and we say so in public if we do. If you think you were removed by mistake, say so in t.me/moonxwin before the draw.

6How the winners are picked (checkable by anyone)

We don't choose the winners. A PulseChain block does.

After a round closes, we collect every account that followed, reposted and replied, run the §4 and §5 checks, and sort the remaining handles A → Z (case-insensitive), numbered 1 to N.

We publish the full numbered list (and the count removed for each reason) before the seed block exists: by 15:00 UTC+8 on the draw day for Rounds 1 and 2, by 14:00 for Round 3, and by 18:00 on 8 Oct for the launch-night pool.

The seed block is named in advance: the first PulseChain block with a timestamp at or after 17:00 UTC+8 on the draw day for Rounds 1 and 2, 16:00 UTC+8 for Round 3, and 23:30 UTC+8 on 8 Oct for launch night.

Winner 1 = (the seed block's hash, read as a number) mod N, plus 1. Winner 2 uses the next block (seed + 1), Winner 3 the one after (seed + 2). If a pick lands on someone already picked, we move to the next block.

The winners post names the seed block and links the proof: the list, the block hashes and the arithmetic, so anyone can redo it with a block explorer and a calculator.

You can win once. A winner is removed from every later round and from the launch-night pool.

7How winners claim

To claim, DM @MoonVaultWin from your winning X account within 72 hours of the winners post, with either an email address where the gift claim link can be sent, or the 8-character referral code of your MoonVault account (moonvault.win), if you have one with an email on it.

We send your Identity with the Gift feature on moonvault.win/identity within 7 days of receiving your details. You get a claim link by email. Open it, connect any PulseChain wallet that does not already hold an Identity (one Identity per address, forever), and confirm two wallet steps: a reservation, then the claim in a later block, within 24 hours. The gift itself does not expire, so a missed reservation can simply be made again.

Winners are named only in public posts from @MoonVaultWin (and repeated in t.me/moonxwin). We never DM first.

We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key, a payment, a deposit, a “gas fee” sent to us, or a “verification” of any kind. Anyone who does is a scammer, even if they use our name or logo. Report them in t.me/moonxwin.

Unclaimed prizes: if a winner hasn't DMed within 72 hours, or turns out to be ineligible, we redraw from the same published list using the next unused block after the deadline, and post the redraw in public.

8. The small print

The dates in §2 follow the public launch on 8 October 2026. If the launch moves, the launch-night draw moves with it and we post the new time first on @MoonVaultWin. Rounds 1–3 are not affected.

We may change or cancel the giveaway only for reasons outside our control (for example a platform outage or a technical problem with the Gift feature). Any change is posted publicly on @MoonVaultWin and in t.me/moonxwin, and prizes already won are still delivered.

Winners are responsible for any tax on their prize where they live.

Winning entrants agree that their X handle can be named in the winners posts. We collect a winner's email or referral code only to deliver the prize, and use it for nothing else.

MoonVault's decisions on eligibility and the draw are final, and every one of them is published with its reason.
